When you enquire about a pilot or contact us, we collect your name, email address, venue or organisation name and any optional context you choose to share. You may also provide details about your role, number of locations, priorities or preferred timing in a follow-up conversation.
We may also collect campaign parameters from the page URL and the origin and path of the referring page. We remove query strings and fragments from referrer URLs before submitting them.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, discuss pilot suitability, understand interest in FloorMate, attribute outreach campaigns and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers and overseas processing
We may use trusted service providers for website hosting, email delivery, scheduling and privacy-friendly analytics. Those providers may process information outside Australia and are required to handle it for the services they provide to us.
Cookies and analytics
The website may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand aggregate traffic and page usage. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
When analytics is enabled, we measure demo-link clicks, calendar loading, booking creation and enquiry outcomes. We do not include your name, email, enquiry message or booking reference in these analytics events. The demo calendar is provided by Cal.com; details entered in that calendar are submitted to Cal.com to arrange your meeting.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information and retain it only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described above or to meet legal obligations.
